What is the Return & Exchange policy?

Trendy Goods does not currently offer exchanges or returns. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect and you need to exchange it, send an email to support@buytrendygoods.com within 48 hours of delivery. To make the process as easy as possible, please include your order number and a photo of the damage or incorrect item with your email so that we can begin the exchange process and make sure you are receiving the correct, high-quality item you paid for.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the ongoing struggles we are facing with shipping and supply chain delays, items may require more time than usual to be shipped. We are a small family owned operation, and try to have your order shipped out as fast as possible which is typically within 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before shipping begins. The majority of our orders arrive within 1-2 weeks. 

How will I know when my order was shipped?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with USPS tracking information at the email address you provided at checkout. 

Where is my order shipped from?

Trendy Goods is located in Southern California. All orders ship from CA. 

Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of time order is being placed and/or before shipping has begun and tracking information is generated. After this time frame, your order has already begun processing and cannot be cancelled. As a small business, every transaction incurs a fee that we as the seller have to pay, even if the order is later cancelled, this is why any credit card or payment service fees associated with your order are non-refundable when an order is cancelled.

I sent an email. How long does it take for Trendy Goods to respond?

We try to respond to all emails within 24-48 hours on business days. If it is a weekend or holiday, we will respond on the next available business day. 

An item I received is damaged, what should I do?

As soon as you receive a damaged item, send an email to support@buytrendygoods.com within 48 hours of delivery. To make the process as easy as possible, please include your order number and a photo of the damage with your email. 

My tracking number says that my order was delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?

As long as the address you provided at checkout is correct, this is usually the result of USPS prematurely scanning the item as delivered. In most cases, the item will arrive within a few days of being marked as delivered. If not, the next step would be to contact USPS directly. Unfortunately, as the sender we are not given any additional information or control over packages once they are in the hands of the USPS.

Trendy Goods is not responsible for any items lost or stolen once they have been handed over to the USPS and any delivery issues must be handled by USPS directly. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items marked as delivered by USPS.
